• 50 word text description of your business under our "Homeowners" (business directory) listing section. This section has links to it from all web pages throughout the North Carolina Properties site to drive maximum exposure to it.

• Business may provide their own banner, or we can build you a custom banner.
• Banners will display randomly throughout the North Carolina Properties' web site.

• Perfect low-cost solution for realtors, brokers, rental agencies,  individuals or other sellers of NC properties who our not yet ready to commit to a web site, but would like to market their NC Properties on an international level on the Internet. You can list up to five of your properties (homes, lots, rental properties, etc.) on a rotating basis for only $35 per month and have your own web page address to refer people to or to list on your business cards, property spec sheets, brochures, etc.

• We will provide you with your own CUSTOM web page that we design for your North Carolina property. the first web page will be designed for you for FREE - see rates to the right for additional web pages.  Your web page will include: company logo, five scanned or digital images of your property provided by you, UNLIMITED text description of your property, plus your contact info.  Click here for sample.

Additional web pages cost $99 per hour for design and $3 extra per month per web page.  No increase to annual fee; Limit 10 properties.
