TERMS OF USE FOR NORTH CAROLINA PROPERTIES CLASSIFIEDS PAID LISTINGS

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
Welcome to North Carolina Properties classifieds. Your submission of a paid listing to North Carolina Properties Classifieds is subject to these additional terms that supplement the North Carolina Properties Legal Disclaimer, incorporated by reference. North Carolina Properties reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these additional terms and all documents incorporated by North Carolina Properties. However, you can always contact us by clicking here to request our most current copy

CONDUCT AND OBLIGATIONS:
You acknowledge that North Carolina Properties has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of any North Carolina Properties service with or without warning if North Carolina Properties believes you have violated or attempted to violate the rights of others or have acted inconsistently with the spirit or letter of the North Carolina Properties terms of service or these Terms of Use. This includes North Carolina Properties' right to cancel your paid listings. Please note, you will not be entitled to receive a refund if North Carolina Properties cancels paid listings you have submitted to North Carolina Properties Classifieds for the reasons indicated above.

NORTH CAROLINA PROPERTIES ID REQUIREMENT:
To submit a paid listing to North Carolina Properties Classifieds, you must have a North Carolina Properties ID. If you do not have a North Carolina Properties ID, you will be prompted to complete the applicable registration process.

PAYMENT TERMS:
The credit card that you provided in purchasing a paid Classifieds Listing will be billed after your paid listing is submitted. All currency references are in U.S. dollars. Please note, unless North Carolina Properties provides express notice otherwise, payment for any paid listing is non-refundable and you may not cancel a paid listing after it has been submitted. If your credit card is invalid for any reason, your paid listing will be cancelled immediately.

SERVICE PROVIDED "AS IS":
The North Carolina Properties Terms of Service, which apply to your use of North Carolina Properties Classifieds, provides that North Carolina Properties services, which includes North Carolina Properties Classifieds, is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. You will not be entitled to receive a refund for any problems, technical or otherwise, beyond North Carolina Properties' reasonable control.

INVALIDITY OF SPECIFIC TERMS:
If any provision of these additional terms or any document incorporated by reference is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the such documents remain in full force and effect.

LOCATION OF LAWSUIT:
The North Carolina Properties Terms of Service, which apply to your use of North Carolina Properties Classifieds, provides that both you and North Carolina Properties agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Mecklenburg, North Carolina.
